UPDATE: Passenger in Bed of Pickup Dies from Injuries

Morgan Reiss Payne, 19, of Kernersville was riding in the bed of a pickup truck when then vehicle overturned on Saturday, October 9, 2010. Sadly, he spent several days in the hospital before his death this morning, October 14, 2010. The driver, Kory Michael Fischer, 21, also of Kernersville, was charged with driving while impaired and felony serious injury by vehicle. He might now face additional charges.
